After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email. Based on the payment method, your order will be processed, and you will receive information about the status of your order, by email.

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach us out as soon as possible to our email address hello@sereine.com.  Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

All Sereine purchases arrive in the unique Sereine Box, jewelry box tied with a navy satin ribbon and the bag. At the checkout process you will have the option of writing a gift message for each item in your order which will arrive with your gift package, enclosed in an envelope. If you choose not to write a gift message, one blank card per recipient will be included in your order.

We will take care of your SEREINE design for one year from the date of your purchase if any damage were to occur to the material or the workmanship of the jewelry. Please note that the warranty does not extend to lost designs, scratches that are a result of normal wear, tear such as a bent ring, ear cuff or broken chain, improper use or storage of your product or any modification to your design done by a third party outside of SEREINE.
